Coutinho undergoes Barcelona medical ahead of club-record transfer



Philippe Coutinho has begun the final few formalities ahead of the completion of his move to Barcelona from Liverpool.



Philippe Coutinho is undergoing a medical in Barcelona ahead of the completion of his transfer to the LaLiga leaders from Liverpool.
The Brazil star arrived in Spain on Saturday after the clubs agreed a reported fee of €160million – a record purchase for Barca and the most expensive deal in history for a Premier League player.

Philippe Coutinho has enjoyed his first day in Barcelona as an FC Barcelonaplayer. The Brazilian had a photo shoot in the Auditorium 1899 with the assembled media outlets and a visit to the blaugrana Museum, where he saw the trophies the Club has won over the years.

Arsene Wenger confirms Jamie Vardy has rejected Arsenal transfer to stay at Leicester City



Arsene Wenger has confirmed that Jamie Vardy will stay at Leicester City next season after turning down Arsenal.

The Gunners activated the forward’s £20million release clause last month and it looked like the 29-year-old would complete a quick-fire move to the Emirates before Euro 2016.

New Juventus signing Miralem Pjanic is delighted to have been given the chance to wear the famous black and white stripes.

Miralem Pjanic is hoping to bring more success to Italian champions Juventus after completing his switch from Serie A rivals Roma. 
Juventus completed the signing of 26-year-old Pjanic on Monday for a fee of €32million.
The Bosnia-Herzegovina international scored 10 goals and contributed eight assists in 2015-16, helping Roma to a third-place finish.
