Arsene Wenger: I don't know how to get Arsenal scoring again

ARSENAL boss Arsene Wenger admits he does not know how to get his side scoring again.

With just 41 goals netted so far, the Gunners are on course for their worst return under Arsene Wenger.
They have failed to find the net in five out of their last eight games, key striker Olivier Giroud is in an eight game drought and Theo Walcott has just one goal in 13.

Now they tackle old foes Manchester United at Old Trafford tomorrow [SUNDAY] desperate for a pick-me-up having drawn 0-0 with Hull in the FA Cup before crashing 2-0 against Barcelona in the Champions League.
But Wenger does not know the answer and now may unleash Danny Welbeck from the start against his former club.
The Frenchman said: “Why has team stopped scoring? That’s a good question - and it’s a bad answer. If I had an obvious answer [I’d give it].
“It’s going through my head at the moment. I agree that our goals have dried up seriously and we have to find a solution. I’m conscious of that.
“In the last five, six or seven games we have struggled to score.“There’s many aspects that I analyse at the moment and we have to find a quick answer.
“We need to play at a high pace to be dangerous, our game is based on pace and speed and if we don’t have that I don’t see how we can win there.”
