MARTIN SKRTEL starts for Liverpool in tonight's Under-21 clash against Manchester United.
The Reds' youth side take on their United counterparts at Prenton Park this evening just a day after the senior sides met in the Europa League.
Skrtel heads up an Under-21s clash full of first-team names.
The centre-back has been out since December's 3-0 defeat to Watford and his return will be a major boost to Jurgen Klopp.
Steven Caulker, Jordon Ibe, Pedro Chirivella and Sheyi Ojo all start as well.
Meanwhile for United, Antonio Valencia makes his own long-awaited return from injury.
The winger has been out since October.
Andreas Pereira, Adnan Januzaj and Paddy McNair also start at Tranmere Rovers' ground.
And Joe Riley and James Weir, both of whom were on the bench at Anfield last night, are in United's line-up.
