Arsenal right-back Hector Bellerin has come a long way in last two years. The young Spaniard was given his opportunity by Arsene Wenger when Mathieu Debuchy suffered an injury last season.
Bellerin took that opportunity with both hands, and he has cemented his place in the Arsenal’s starting eleven during the past two seasons.
His impressive performance for the North London club has attracted attention from many major European clubs, and according to the latest reports at least six clubs are interested in the 21-year-old at the moment.
According to Spanish publication Mundo Deportivo, via Goal.com, Bayern Munich have already registered their interest in the youngster. Bellerin’s former club Barcelona are also interested in the player and he is considered to be their first-choice to replace China-bound Dani Alves in the summer.
Premier League trio Manchester United, Chelsea and Manchester City and Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain are also keeping tabs on the Spaniard.
However, Bellerin has insisted that he sees his future at Emirates Stadium, and he is not thinking of leaving the North London club anytime soon.
He told Goal: “I left Barca without looking back. I left focused on London and Arsenal, and I am really happy there. I signed a new deal last year and there’s still a lot in front of me.
“It’s a club that’s forming a great team, with players like Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil. My future is there and I am happy where I am. A lot of things can happen in football, but I am at Arsenal, giving my all for the club. I am not thinking of going anywhere else.”
