Vincent Janssen to Tottenham
Sky Sports have given an update on Wednesday concerning Tottenham’s attempts to sign the in-demand Dutch striker of the moment: Vincent Janssen.
The 21-year-old forward had an amazing 2015-16 season for AZ Alkmaar where he scored 25 goals in 34 games in the Dutch top flight.
He’s also taken to international football like a duck to water, scoring three goals in his first five appearances for the national team.
If the rumours are true, Spurs could land the highly sought-after striker for 12 million pounds.
Dutch starlet in London for talks
Sky Sports have confirmed that Janssen was in London on Tuesday for face to face talk with the Lillywhites, after he received permission to talk to Spurs from AZ.
While talks are ongoing, belief is high that the forward will move to White Hart Lane this summer.
That would be good news for Harry Kane, who is currently the only out-and-out striker on Spurs’ books.
